Stagnation Log 5/18
worked yesterday and tonight for several hours, i think 5 hours in total. I’m finally breaking through even though my sleep is takin a hit lol
worked a bit on app
damn only gonna get like 2 hours of sleep
BUTTTT 1 hour of work done. had to keep it up.
worked for around 1h on music app, muscles sore so did mostly aerobics.
worked out today, did 30 minutes app work. Its a start. trying something more active, really gonna try to FOCUS 24/7. nonstop focus on what im doing, maintain a balance between relaxation and hypeness, something i like to call Calm Intensity. I’m going by feel.
it may be 3 hours before wake up for work, but i got 2 hours of work done on the app tonight. took some time to refresh my memory but im back in business.
