finished going through youtube like 10k clips of audio. ZZ and bedtime.
i think im back like for real.
I was sitting on stool feeling the typical knot in lower back and this time i really just sat very still but with a complete focus on relaxation, with minimal attention to posture… and after a little while FINALLY!!! FINALLLLLLLY for just a tiny bit the knot in my lower back began to release and i started feeling the pleasant feelings of standing meditation in my sitting.
now im really convinced its about letting go letting go letting go letting go letting go.
ITS ALL ABOUT LETTING GO!!!

6th or 7th day in a row waking up to 8am alarm, it’s been rough but I’m committed to becoming a morning person
Having a consistent time of day to get work done is like a having a consistent place in your house to put your frequently used items
On the forth day of 8am alarm I finally wake up and actually get up at 8am.
It only took 12 hours of sleep, I don’t feel great my body has a sense of weariness but I was ok enough to get out of bed, I have work at 1115am so I definitely have enough time to finally at least do 1 hour zz and 30 minutes walking zz and maybe even some laundry before heading out. I hope I feel somewhat sleepy around 10 to 12 am again but either way I’m keeping my 8am alarm I’m committed to that now.
ZZ thought: “How can you do big things if you’re burdened by the little things?”
if you always sleep through the morning
its like watching the sun go down every evening
but never seeing it come backup
Whatever the truth is.
Whatever the right way is.
The zz effects of calm relaxation chill feeling is the right way.
Whatever feels right then is the real right.
